The concept of purity as it relates to spiritual practices is about purity of intent which is free from malice and pride (and other nasties, if we were to enumerate them). Keep your eyes on the “prize”. Don’t be swayed by anything, including the fear of the unknown. Focus only on good and gentle changes for sustainability and transformation. Commit. Forever.
