Today’s purpose: Needs and wants

Today, I will focus on me in the following ways:

  • catch and release feelings
  • long, soothing bath
  • wash hair
  • make deodorant
  • go to pool
  • work on webpage for my graduate students
  • dance
  • maybe some asanas
  • eat clean and cool to balance gunas, avoiding rajasic and tamasic and continually focusing upon sattva
