Book Review: Into Fear and Back

Book Review: Into Fear and Back

I read Susie Macomber’s book at a time when my situational anxiety was at its height. This woman bravely recounts her experiences and explains what worked for her. Macomber is not a medical doctor, however, if one can manage to endure only reading what this exceptionally strong and very ill woman experienced, there are lessons to be learned. There was a point where the suffering when on and on and on, and I had to skip Chapter 11, merely because I was too compromised to dwell in that sphere too long. Macomber is amazing and fearless. I applaud her for writing this book.
